Job description

R&G&M Falshaw in Bury are looking for an Apprentice Hospitality Team Member. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Hospitality Team Member qualification which will take approximately 16 months to complete.

Job duties include:
• Laying out cakes for sale, pasteurising milk, switching machines on etc. Ensuring fridges and consumables are stocked.
• Basic food preparation, making coffees and drinks, serving desserts.
• Table plans would be laid out, reserved tables organised, cutlery sorted.
• Meet and greet customers, seat them, give them menus, take orders, clear tables and use of the till to take payments.
• Exceptional customer service would be delivered as we have many returning customers.
• Accepting and dealing with phone calls.
• High levels of hygiene must be ensured and there will be cleaning duties at the end of the day.

Requirements:
• Keen and willing to learn.
• Dedication to complete the hospitality apprenticeship
• Confident, honest and reliable.
• Polite and friendly.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Very important to work well as a team and on own initiative.

Hours:
Tuesday & Friday 9am - 5pm, Wednesday & Saturday 11am - 5pm, Thursday 10am - 5pm. 30 minutes unpaid lunch, 32.5 hours per week
