Title: Supportability Engineer

Location: Stoke Gifford, Bristol

Salary: up to £47,215, dependent upon experience + Benefits

Working Arrangement: Hybrid - at least 2 days on-site required

A pioneering engineering firm based in Bristol is urgently looking for a Supportability Engineer (Whole Boat Engineer). They're working at the forefront of the defence technology industry. Join our client in a pivotal role that ensures the operational readiness and efficiency of submarine systems through expert maintenance and support.

Essential Experience:

• Technical expertise in engineering solutions.
• Defence Industry experience, with knowledge of MOD practices.
• Background in Royal Navy submarines (design, maintenance, or operations).
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ARM modelling, analyze design deviations, and maintain design intents.
• Provide engineering analysis for project planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Lead engineering projects, aligning with contractual and innovation goals.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization.
