Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a leading Charity based in South East London, who are recruiting for a HR Officer on a 9-month fixed term contract. The salary on offer for this role is £29,500 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have used the Agresso system previously, and will as a minimum be either HR Administrator or Coordinator level.
Good excel knowledge is strongly desired and ideally the successful candidate will have good organisational skills.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Providing excellent first point of contact customer service to managers and employees whilst promoting a positive “can always do” attitude
Managing and triage the HR Inbox, ensuring all queries are responded to efficiently and effectively
Undertaking and oversee data cleansing and audit exercises to ensure quality across the HR and L&D team
Supporting he Senior HR Manager with the creation of regular as well as ad hoc reports and presentations
Supporting the maintenance of the HR Systems
Responding to requests from employees and managers in relation to terms and conditions and policies and procedures
Providing cross functional support to other Officers when needed with the L&D and Recruitment functions
Taking notes at the Human Resources and ER team meetings
Experience required:
Good excel knowledge
Must be organised and diligent
Experience supporting HR teams
BSc in Human Resources and/ or CIPD (or working towards)
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
The successful candidate must be either HR Administrator level or HR Coordinator
