New Hotel Opening! F&B Cost Controller

We are recruiting for one of the coolest new opening Hotels coming to Hoxton!Long revered as London’s effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton’s hip new resident is about to hit the scene. The 26-floor art’otel Hoxton (expected in March 2024) promises a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display. With 357 guest bedrooms and suites, 10 Meetings and Events spaces, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants.

As our F&B Cost Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day function of control, analysing purchases, transfers, voids, and stock management. Whilst helping to ensure that products keep to the company and hotel brand standards, evaluating the quality and quantity of the products prior to accepting & storing shipments and to ensure all purchased items are recorded and controlled throughout their movement within the hotel.
