Job description
NV are looking for a project manager/business analyst to manage a number of upcoming projects related to my clients ERP and Procurement business systems.
This is a permanent position, mainly remote working but requires UK travel at important points of the transformation
These projects include:
1) Mapping As is of organisations current business systems
2) Purchase to Pay automation – scoping and investigation to understand our issues and needs and investigate what is on the market for potential solution options to deliver automation, digitalisation and streamlining of our purchase to pay processes. This will lead to a roadmap of projects and initiatives over the following years.
3) Identify of cloud solutions and a future potential roadmap
We are looking for the following skills
Essential: PM skills/experience
Purchase to Pay system and process knowledge/experience would be useful, but
Broader Finance knowledge will be essential in the longer term
Be able to deal with a wide range and level of stakeholders within IT services and Finance Division
Effectively bring teams together and ensure a clear and single source of truth and messaging
Pro-actively manage the programme/projects
Desirable: BA skills/experience
Oracle EBS experience
