The Role

• This practice is looking to grow with the addition of a Senior Court of Protection Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join their growing West Sussex office.
• The court of protection team in this department deal with a high-quality level of work. this role will include a combination of diverse COP matters including; deputyship orders, applications, litigious COP matters and much more.

Requirements:

• You will be a Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive (5+ PQE) with specialist knowledge
• You will work well in a team
• You will be client care focused and driven
