We are seeking a technical, query-led accounts person to join our team. You will be a part of the Accounts department helping to record, report, and manage the company’s finances.
You must be able to travel to our Saket, New Delhi office to be considered for this role. We are solely looking for candidates based in the Delhi NCR region.
Key Tasks and Deliverables:
- Bank reconciliation on daily basis.
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation and Keeping and Maintaining of such records.
- Customer Reconciliation in co-ordination with Manager
- Updating of ledgers and reconciliation of the same
- Handling communication with clients and vendors via the Sales Team and Other concerned departments (for Accounts Statement, Ledger Details, Reconciliation & etc.)
- Assisting in Other tasks as & and when required in the Accounts Department
- Preparing/reviewing of financial reports as necessary: Purchase ledger, Pensions, etc.
- Communicating and coordinating over phone / Email on a day-to-day basis

- Business Unit Commercial Team
- Financial Director
- Administration Manager
- Sales
- Internal and External auditors with audit requests.
- Banks (need-based)
Competencies
- Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels.
- Ability to reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail.
- Should be able to handle heavy workloads and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Build strong relationships and maintain a professional level of communication.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Accounting/Commerce (minimum)
- 5 years of Accounting Experience
- English A+++ (Fluent written and spoken)
- Strong Analytical Background
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management & and customers.
- Competence in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Sage.
Please note This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday at Standard UK Shift. There is no option for a hybrid or remote working arrangement for this role.
