A&E Nurses Wanted – Dumfries and Galloway

We’re looking for committed, reliable and passionate A&E nurses motivated to provide exemplary care to patients and help drive patient satisfaction. 

You must be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years A&E experience to be eligible for this role. We’re looking for someone with the skill and dedication needed to help make a difference in the lives of our clients. You’ll be expected to become part of a dynamic team with the goal of creating a safe and caring environment, tailored to individual patient needs while ensuring a positive patient experience.

The Role and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care available to patients within A&E.
• Create, manage, and review patient care plans
• Provide support to other staff members.
• Maintain patient records.
• Communicate with patients, families, and other members of the health care team.
• Observe, evaluate, document, and report patient status.
• Follow established protocols for A&E care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Registered  A&E nurse with minimum of 2-years experience.
• Knowledge of A&E protocols.
• Strong commitment to patient satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Registered NMC pin with no restrictions. 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
