Job Title: Payments Control Manager (6-month FTC)
Location: Rubery Site (Hybrid: 3 days office-based)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Robert Half is partnering with our client to recruit a talented Payments Control Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract at their Rubery site. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual with treasury-related expertise and a strong background in payment controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage payment control processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain robust treasury-related controls and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise payment processes and systems.
- Monitor and analyse payment activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on payment-related matters.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in treasury-related roles, with a strong understanding of payment controls.
- Experience in AP transformation projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.
