The Role:
- Supporting the Estimating team in preparing tender programs and method statements.
- Collaborating with the project team to develop detailed planning information for new project initiations.
- Regularly updating project programs and plans based on site feedback.
- Identifying critical changes in priorities, potential threats, and advising on mitigating actions to maintain project targets.
- Managing and documenting program revisions.
- Providing ongoing analysis and reports on project progress to both the Project Management Team and Senior Management
The Person:
- Holds a qualification in a construction-related field.
- Brings prior experience in programming for new build and/or interior fit-out projects.
- Demonstrates a broad technical understanding of the construction industry.
- Possesses strong people management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in ASTA or MS Project and MS Excel.
