Job description
The ideal candidate will have / be: NVQ3 in Health and Social Care Level 3 or equivalent Previous experience of working as a Band 3 Understanding ofthe health and social needs of the local community. Understanding ofthe relevant issues of working in the community including lone working. Understanding ofissues of confidentiality and information governance. Acts on own initiative and problem solves. Works independently and carries out directed tasks with patients in their own home. Seeks supervision and advice when necessary.
