Job description
In-line with commercial objectives across revenue streams, this role will be responsible for the scheduling, design and execution of paid activity for both Sesame Bankhall Group and its partners, which include mortgage lenders and insurance providers. In addition to this, the role will publish activity across a variety of channels, and will report and feedback on activity performance.
Ensuring the execution of all scheduled partner marketing activity.
Creating and manage paid social media (predominantly LinkedIn) campaigns, PPC and other
digital advertising.
Work with the wider team to create an annual schedule of partner activity across all paid
channels.
Support the creation of insightful quarterly reports for SBG’s third party partners, reporting
on their marketing activity and providing recommendations designed to increase
engagement for future activity.
Monitoring the marketing activity of SBG’s partners to ensure activity performs in-line with
expectations, and working with the Marketing Executive to reduce risk of low-performing
campaigns.
Using email marketing software, work with existing email templates to create campaign
emails for SBG’s partners.
Checking all advertisements and artwork meet SBG specifications.
Where relevant, work with SBG partners to create dedicated campaign plans to support
partner marketing.
Ongoing maintenance of partner contact information, ensuring all partner contact details
stay up to date.
Attend partner meetings with Marketing Executive to review partners’ activity performance
and arrange further marketing activity.
Identify new opportunities for revenue streams.
Where needed, support with SBG’s wider marketing activity in-line with team requirements

Essential
Experience using email marketing software.
Experience in customer/stakeholder service management.
Experience reporting on marketing activity.
Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
Experience with Google Analytics.
Experience with social media scheduling software.
You will require an awareness of operational and regulatory risk, which may impact on SBG.
You will be responsible for reporting to their line manager any risk which may impact on the
business.
You will be required to deliver your role competently and comply with the relevant
standards and procedures, ensuring that SBG deliver a service where suitable advice is given
to the end consumer, which is adequately recorded and ultimately promotes good customer
outcomes. This can either be through direct influence or in a support services capacity.
You will be required to highlight to your line manager procedures and processes that may
impact on SBG’s ability to deliver good outcomes for retail customers and/or may lead to
foreseeable harm. Where possible and relevant to your department, put forward
suggestions that could positively impact the outcomes achieved by retail customers.
You will need to be aware of all information security principles, policies and procedures and
ensure these are followed on a day-to-day basis. You will be required to remain vigilant at
all times and report any security concerns, suspicions and/or breaches in a timely manner.
You will need to demonstrate an understanding of what 6-star service delivery means in
your role. This will be evidenced through your day-to-day behaviours and performance
measured against your team’s 6-star service objectives.
