Job description
IFA Administrator £22,000 to £28,000 plus benefits and exam support IFA Administrator required by this highly successful firm of Financial Advisors that provides advice to HNW Private Clients across investments, retirement planning and tax. The firm offers an excellent salary, core and flexible benefits, full exam support for those that want to study plus career progression as either Paraplanner or professional Administrator.
As the IFA Administrator you will be responsible for providing high quality service to the client portfolio whilst supporting the Financial Planners with duties including –
- valuations and quotes
- collating of data
- database management
- liaison with external parties
- analysis work
- new business processing
- assisting with projects and processes
- compliance
Applicants will have similar administration experience, ideally within a financial organisation such as a Pensions/Investment Provider, Financial Advisor, Bank or Investment firm.
