Summary

£49,500 up to £82,500* per annum - This isn't 9-5. This is making the most of every day.

In order to further enhance our operations, a new opportunity has arisen within our dynamic and growing organisation to join our Employment Law team based at our Head Office in Tolworth as an Employment Law Consultant.

This is an exciting and diverse role that covers providing employee relations support to Head Office line managers on a wide range of topics such as contractual matters, disciplinary and grievance, discrimination and equal opportunities and employment policies.

With your highly professional approach and wealth of experience, you will demonstrate a commercial and common-sense approach and will have the knowledge, confidence, and skill to lead, influence and advise a range of stakeholders.

You will hold an integral role in driving forward HR legal compliance, working with the wider HR team to identify areas of risk and supporting them to develop and maintain controls, ensuring adherence to Laws and Regulations, and company internal regulations

We have moved to a hybrid working model with a recommended 2 days in the office per week for appropriate Head Office and Regional roles, empowering our teams to choose how and where they work best. We feel it is important that, where possible, we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible and trust our teams to determine the right environments that work most effectively for them

We're proud to offer a competitive salary starting from £49,500 with the potential to earn up to £82,500* (depending on experience) with 35 days' holiday per year (pro rata). Non-qualified Lawyer salary range : £49,500 up to £66,000* depending on experience

Qualified Lawyer salary range : £60,500 up to £82,500* depending on experience
