Our projects range in value from £5k to £15m, taking the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various schemes, and supporting our valued Tier 1 contractor clients in a subcontractor and off-site manufacturing capacity.
Role Purpose
As a Quantity Surveyor you are expected to provide commercial support to the delivery teams. This will include working with a wide variety of different contract types, mainly consisting of NEC and IChemE. The role would need to manage tight deadlines to meet both internal and external reporting periods.
We are open to hiring across Southern England, as this role can be a remote first role with travel to HQ and site as required.
The Role
We are able to offer remote work for this role as you will be covering this area. However you will be expected to visit our HQ in Midsomer Norton once a month, and you will be expected to visit client sites whenever required.
This is 42.5hrs a week Monday to Friday.
Due to the current team requirements, we are currently looking for someone with a wealth of experience and would be joining us at a qualified level. We are also open to Senior and Managing QS candidates.
