Job description
Our client, a top 50 UK law firm, are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated Associate Solicitors to join their thriving Employment team based out of their Cardiff, Newcastle, London, Sheffield, and Manchester offices. The ideal candidate will have between 3-6 PQE and will play a key role in our client’s commitment to providing exceptional legal services in the field of Employment law.

· Legal Expertise: The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Employment law, with a focus on matters related to equality and discrimination. Demonstrable experience in employment tribunal cases is highly desirable. We are seeking candidates with 3-6 PQE.
· Client Management: Manage client relationships, including conducting client meetings, providing legal advice, and leading negotiations on complex Employment law matters.
· Supervision and Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills through supervision and/or line management responsibilities within the team.
· Commercial Acumen: Exhibit a commercial mindset with a focus on chargeable hours and billing to contribute to the overall financial success of the firm.
