Part of the Customer Service department, the duties of the Customer Service Advisor will be to:

• Interact with customers and installers in professional and friendly manner
• Ensure that all jobs are booked in accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service and administration skills
• Prioritise tasks throughout your working day

The successful Customer Service Advisor will:

• Have previous experience worling in Customer Service
• Demonstrate the ability build rapport quickly and effectively
• Have knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
• Be a passionate individual who thrives on working in a team
• Demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude
