About the role

Reporting to the Vice-President, Assistant General Counsel in Miami, the Associate Director Counsel will manage and direct a variety of legal work, focusing on drafting international commercial contracts, advising on global trade partnerships, promotions, and marketing campaigns, and provide consumer law and regulatory advice to several international cruise line travel brands.

The ideal candidate will provide sound legal advice on corporate matters and work with external legal counsel to update executive leaders on new legislation and regulatory issues within the travel industry.

You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders in our Miami HQ and with international business teams, all international offices for all brands, advising colleagues from Managing Director, Vice-President level to new hires and trainees.
