Remuneration: Rate @ 50%

Description: Full-time Private Performer Dentist required for 4 days per week in a busy, well established predominantly private/plan practice near Gillingham, Dorset. 
•    Mon - 8am to 7pm, Thurs - 1.30pm to 5.30pm & Fri - 1pm to 4.30pm & 1 Sat per month - 9am to 1pm
•    1000 UDAs  Children's Contract Only
•    50% / 50% split on private and lab bills
•    Excellent private earning potential
•    Established patient list
•    Denplan list
•    Fully computerised surgeries
•    Digital x-rays
•    Full support team
•    Available May 24, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
