Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager – this role is home based/ agile working to join our transformation team. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary, plus Company Car/Allowance & Excellent Benefits!

We are an experienced and innovative Heating and Compliance, reactive/planned maintenance, renewable technology and new build specialist that is committed to putting customers and clients at the heart of everything we do.

Working alongside the Senior Change Manager and Pre-Contract and Customer Director and Transformation Team, we require a self-motivated, experienced and dedicated team player to take ownership and delivery of the Liberty Change Agility Programme, by prioritising all strategic change, agility projects and service improvement activities define within the agility programme.

Responsibilities for this Change Manager role are:

Take an active delivery of the Liberty Change (Agility) programme

Support the design and delivery of strategic projects

Delivery of Net Zero collective projects

Lead on group wide collation and report of Social Value activity

Visual management – work with BI Development team and business stakeholders

Act as deputy to Senior Change Manager

Own and prioritise all strategic change/ agility projects

Work with Business units to create detailed project plans to support agility activity across the business

Define and measure success metrics within all projects

Production and distribution of weekly and monthly reporting

What we are looking for in our ideal Change Manager:

Completed GCSE (Maths & English).PRINCE 2 Qualifications or equivalent and Change Management Qualifications are essential. Experience of writing and presenting reports including performance reporting, experience of completing research and reporting findings and recommendations to Senior Managers. Experience of service and team planning. Understanding of business intelligence and analysis along with high quality of work and attention to detail. Good numeracy and skills. Proven experience and tracked record of successfully implementing new processes.
