Senior Service Coordinator
Weybridge (Hybrid Working)

How you will make an impact:

Supporting our Regional Service Manager and Service Operations Lead to improve productivity. You will be focussed on processing field service requests and using the service planning system to identify suitable engineers and dates for them to attend sites.

• Communicating with customers throughout the process to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Producing quotations using SAP/Salesforce.
• Processing customer orders and service partner purchase orders.
• Working with the regional admin teams to ensure working processes are the same across the regions.

About you:

Utilising your previous experience in coordinating resources, liaising with customers and engineers to assign site attendance to meet customers’ requirements. Fully versed in either: Salesforce or SAP systems is desirable.
You will be highly organised and able to prioritise, whilst being able to show flexibility in an ever-changing market.
Adopting great negotiation skills to effectively influence engineers availability, to support urgent demands in resolving reactive breakdowns.
