3 months contract with a Local Authority
Job Summary:
· The role of the Senior Applications Analyst - Will be to support and assist in the provision of technical support and documentation for Service Charges & Major works to include billing and reconciliation within NEC Housing
Key Duties/Accountabilities:
· Reconciliation of Major Works and Service Charge information to produce bills as per the billing cycle.
· Support project work as a subject matter expert enabling projects to be delivered on time and to the required quality.
Essential Experience Required:
· Experience of Service Charges billing and reconciliation within NEC Housing is essential.
· Experience of writing SQL for Oracle database scripting is essential.
· Experience of formulas in Excel spreadsheets is essential.
· Experience of investigating, troubleshooting, resolving day to day help desk calls pertaining to NEC is essential.
· experience of NEC modules (Estates- Rents), Northgate data loaders and batch processes is desirable.
Additional information to note:
· Working hours: 36 hours per week.
· The role is Hybrid.
