Job description

InterQuest are currently supporting a growing financial services firm in the West Midlands who are looking for a talented Compliance Manager with strong regulatory advisory experience to lead on compliance policy and advice across the business. This is a great position for someone looking to take on a more senior position, working closely with the Head of Compliance to ensure the business is up to date with regulatory change as they look grow their product offerings.

Alongside developing the compliance, policy and conduct risk frameworks, you will be leading on horizon scanning and providing technical advice on regulations including BCOBS, CONC, DISP and SYSC. You will also be taking responsibility for policy changes and data protection compliance using your expertise. Stakeholder management skills will also be key as you will have broad exposure across the firm and leading on initiatives to improve product offerings to customers.

The right candidate will have:

• Proven compliance advisory experience within financial services.
• Strong consumer duty knowledge and understanding of savings products.
• Expertise in regulations including BCOBS, PERG, CONC, DISP and SYSC
• Experience developing and updating policies.
• Confidence advising and influencing across a business including interacting with stakeholders.
