Job description

We are currently recruiting a Cloud Platform Engineer / DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud Platform Team who are crucial to the University continuing to grow rapidly year on year.
We are a fast growing organisation that needs scalability across all IT systems. You'll help in delivering the DevOps practices, toolchains and methodologies which will play a key part in realising the University’s IT Vision and strategy.
You'll assist in the design, continued development and support of our Middleware/ESB solution which is pivotal to the seamless integration of our distributed systems.
You will help to deliver our plans for improving the stability, security and scalability of our systems, through automation and continuous, iterative improvement.
About You:You might be a DevOps Engineer looking for a new challenge. Or you could be a developer (that's looking to get into DevOps) or an Infrastructure Engineer that likes scripting / coding.
Ideally you'll have exposure to some of the following:
You'll have the opportunity to learn from very experienced Cloud Engineers and we're looking for someone that can learn fast and develop their skills.
