Job description
Spencer Clarke Group are working closely with a very well-established accountancy firm, who have a fantastic culture who are now on the lookout due to growth to secure a number of clients managers into their practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your career and build an exciting career.
You will be involved in advising clients on their business affairs as well as helping them to achieve their goals. Delivering a high-quality service whilst managing your own portfolio are the main duties within this role.
To be considered for this position we are seeking individuals who are:
Fully qualified ACA or ACCA including all tax, accounts and audit electives with a wide range of post qualification experience and training
Experienced of working within a similar role
Excellent business acumen
Strong technical knowledge and skills
Exceptional client relationship skills
Great project management skills
The ability to lead, motivate and coach team members
