What You’ll Do:
- Channel your love for travel into coaching our talented sales team and inspiring them to craft remarkable travel itineraries.
- Share your extensive travel knowledge and insider tips with our clients, creating unique and awe-inspiring adventures for them.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to drive sales, meet targets, and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
- Create a positive and motivational environment that encourages personal and professional growth for you and your team.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail travel experience is essential - let your travel expertise shine!
- A genuine passion for travel that fuels your own adventures and inspires others to explore the world.
- Strong leadership abilities to support the Branch Manager and guide the sales team to success.
- Commercially aware, with an eye for detail, opportunity and keeping abreast of competitor activity.
