Job description
What you will do in your working day
- You will have the opportunity to learn about many different areas within the business
- You will work directly within the Procurement and Accounts teams, assisting with order processing, invoice processing, liaising with site operatives, suppliers and other managers within the business
As you develop your skills you will be involved with more complex tasks ie:
- Preparing supplier payment runs, bank reconciliations, supplier account reconciliations and much more
- Will have contact with the HR and Business development teams
The training you will be getting
- Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship (Standard)
- Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours
- Day release to attend New City College at Ardleigh Green Road campus, Hornchurch (RM11 2LL) or Hckney (N1 6HQ)
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
After successful completion of the apprentice, there is the possibility of progressing into one of the following areas: Procurement/Accounts/HR role, depending upon the needs of the company at that time.
