Pharmacist Pay Rate: £ per hour (assignment rate)

Location: Change

Contract Type: Locum – 3 Months

Shift Pattern: Monday- Friday, 9am -5pm

Requirements of the ClinicalPharmacist:

• GPHC Registration
• Previous experience within a UK based NHS Pharmacy setting
• NVQ or equivalent – Pharmacist qualification
• Clinical experience
