Fermanagh

Salary Dependant on Experience

A leading manufacturer is looking for a new HR Officer to join their growing team!

What you will do:

• Provide operational human resource support to line managers and colleagues.
• Maintain effective and compliant HR records.
• Provide end to end recruitment and selection activity.
• Advise and support Managers on all employee relations issues.
• Provide HR employment advice and guidance (NI, ROI, and GB).
• Liaise with managers to ensure effective onboarding.

What you need to have: 

• Third Level Qualification or CIPD.
• At least 3 year’s HR experience.
• Manufacturing Industry experience would be desirable.
