My client is at an exciting stage of their growth journey and are introducing an Operations Manager role to help them go from strength to strength. With quality and innovation at the heart of what they do they're looking for a like-minded individual to take charge of the day-to-day operations at their Sheffield facility.
Job Description
As the Operations Manager you will:
- Oversee daily operations including supply chain, production, logistics and customer service
- Implement strategies for process improvement and optimisation
- Maintain close working relationships with department leads
- Ensure all operations are carried out to the relevant quality and H&S standards
- Drive costs and efficiency to help continue business growth
The Successful Applicant
Successful applicants will have:
- Process driven mindset with close attention to detail
- Previous experience in growing manufacturing operations from the ground up
- Ability to manage a small team and get hands-on when required
- Strong leadership and good communication skills
- Commercial mentality and a passion for business growth
