Cuckmere House School is an 'Outstanding' special school, in Seaford, and is part of the SABDEN Multi Academy Trust. As one of three specials schools within the Trust, we make provision for children and young people with a range of social, emotional and mental health needs, all of whom have an Education Health Care plan (EHCP). We are ambitious in our drive to improve outcomes for all our learners.
We are seeking to appoint an excellent classroom practitioner who will be effective in delivering a Key Stage 1/2 curriculum within our primary department. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to ensuring all pupils engage in their learning and make accelerated progress in order to close learning gaps.
Previous experience of working within a SEN setting is desirable and you should be able to demonstrate an approach to curriculum delivery that is exciting and innovative while also being sensitive to the needs of our pupils.
