Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to support the implementation of lesson plans.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support classroom management and behavior strategies.
• Contribute to the overall well-being and pastoral care of students.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant qualification in Teaching Assistance or related field.
• Experience working with children and a genuine passion for education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
