Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

About the Role: Embark on a fulfilling journey as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, supporting a delightful Year 3 child with a speech disorder in Ellesmere Port. This role involves working mornings only, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, providing crucial assistance to enhance the child's social skills, processing abilities, memory, and overall learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Guided Support: Offer individualized support to the child in various learning tasks.
Engagement: Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage participation in class activities.
Adaptability: Be flexible and adapt strategies to meet the child's unique needs.
Effective Communication: Collaborate effectively with the class teacher and other support staff.
