Sales Coordinator (Temporary Position: 3-6 months)

Join our clients dynamic team as a Sales Coordinator, working closely with the Sales Office Manager and the Sales team to efficiently handle all administrative duties. This temporary role, spanning Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, offers a competitive rate of £13.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming telephone calls within the Sales department


• Qualify sales leads to support business growth


• Process sales orders and purchase orders with precision


• Maintain and update sales orders for accurate records


• Communicate effectively with dealers and distributors


• Monitor and manage the database for optimal efficiency


• Coordinate and organise events to enhance brand awareness


• Prepare comprehensive machine manuals


• Conduct telephone outreach to customers within the database


• Undertake any other tasks necessary for the seamless operation of the sales office

Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Proficient in IT with a high standard of technical skills


• Previous experience with CRM databases


• Meticulous attention to detail


• Strong work ethic and a collaborative team player
