Job Description
- Develop and implement improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and cost reduction.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to drive improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align on improvement objectives.
- Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and support to team members on improvement methodologies and tools.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate ought to have:
- Excel to an intermediate standard, VBA, SQL knowledge
- Proven experience in process improvement
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Prince would be beneficial
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
