Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
Everpool are recruiting for a Financial firm based in Southport, we are looking for an HR Administrator to join their team. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to work directly with a dynamic HR department, supporting their ongoing success as they continue to expand.
As the HR Administrator, you will be an integral part of the HR team, providing essential administrative support on a day-to-day basis. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in managing HR documentation, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for their candidates. This role is paying between £23,000 - £25,000 per annum and is based 5 days a week in their lovely offices in Southport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the HR team, promptly responding to emails and inquiries.
- Manage all correspondence for the HR department, including phone calls, emails, and letters.
- Assist with various recruitment activities, from posting job adverts to scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, reference checks, and right-to-work verifications.
- Administer end-of-probation processes and schedule exit interviews.
- Provide basic guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly HR and people data reports, such as attendance reports for Head Office.
- Stay up to date with changes in employment laws and regulations.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualified by experience CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it, or relevant HR experience.
- Proficient in general HR office duties.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Previous experience with payroll is advantageous.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and proactive attitude.
- Eagerness to innovate and develop professionally.
