Job description
Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Service Sales Engineer required to join a global electrical manufacturer who are renowned for their reputation in the UPS industry.
The Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Service Sales Engineer will work remotely, covering the South of England up to the Midlands selling power quality services and managing key accounts within the critical power industry focusing on Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS Systems).
The Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Service Sales Engineer will ideally have experience selling, servicing or managing accounts within the electrical industry such as uninterruptible power supplies (UPS Systems) or similar power quality, power distribution or electrical engineering products.
A UPS Engineer looking to come off the tools and progress in to sales would be of huge interest.

Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Service Sales Engineer Requirements Role Managing a number of key accounts via distribution channels and OEM customers within the critical power industry, predominantly uninterruptible power supplies (UPS Systems) and similar power quality products.
Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development, selling the services for uninterruptible power supplies (UPS Systems)
Maintaining new power quality service sales with demonstration, exhibition and negotiation in order to achieve targets.
Working closely with the Service Department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided.
Liaise with various engineering departments.
Covering South of England up to the Midlands.
Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Service Sales Engineer Requirements Experience as a Key Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, or similar within the UPS sector.
Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a global electrical engineering manufacturer.
Knowledge of the data centre industry, UPS Systems and or understanding of UPS service contracts either on a technical or hands on level.
Technical aptitude and/or understanding of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS Systems), power distribution, critical power or similar electrical / electronic products.
A technical electrical engineering qualification or degree is advantageous.
Willingness to travel and commute to areas within South of England up to the Midlands.
