Job description
My client is a legal 500 law firm with offices across the South West (Flexible on Location) and they’re seeking Contentious Probate Partner to work as part of their growing Contentious Private Client Team.
The ideal candidate will already have a solid grounding in this practice area and have experienced of dealing with the Inheritance Act, contested wills, executor disputes and equitable interest claims.
This is a new opportunity in their growing team, and as such they are seeking a Senior Associate or Partner within the team. What’s important is a passion for client service and a desire to make a difference within the team.
You will be working with clients who are going through some of the most difficult times in their life and playing a key role in supporting them and the team. You’ll be working within a supportive and dynamic business with access to key stakeholders in an open and communicative culture.
They’re flexible about PQE level, and as a leading law firm they’re able to offer fully flexible hybrid working for candidates that have the best fit for the team.
