Social Worker - Adult Frailty East Area Team

We have several Social Worker positions available across the East of the county. The post of Social Worker in Lincolnshire County Council’s Adult Care Services is a busy and varied position, the successful applicant will be working with adults aged 18+, which gives an opportunity to really see the positive impact our Adult Care Team makes to the lives of others.

Currently we have a vacancies for Level 1 Social Workers in our Skegness and Boston Teams.

About You

Within the Teams, we are looking for either newly qualified or experienced registered social workers who are dynamic and flexible, with excellent communication skills. You will have experience of working autonomously as well as being part of your own and a wider multi-disciplinary team. You will be able to demonstrate sound decision making and lead by example, challenge appropriately and motivate others to grow and excel. You will be able to plan and prioritize a complex workload, have good understanding of key legislation and the ability to apply this effectively.

We would also welcome applications from candidates that still require the completion of ASYE and we will support you through this.

You will be given a nominated contractual work base and you will be required to commute to this work base when necessary.
