Job description
LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in London who are seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer for an initial period of three months. This is a temporary position.
The successful Civil Litigation Lawyer will be required to advise and have conduct of legal files relating to civil litigation, homelessness, anti-social behaviour, possession proceedings, disrepair and licensing matters. It is essential you have a broad litigation background to undertake this role.
Previous local government experience in this area is advantageous. Candidates must have a current practising certificate and be able to work on a hybrid basis.
Due to the urgent nature of the role, we are seeking candidates available on no more than 2-3 weeks’ notice.
