Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a care charity, as they look to recruit for a HR Manager.

·Term - Full time and permanent
·Working pattern - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home (after a successful probation)
·Salary - £31,200.41 - £43,703.55 per annum
·Location - London (SE)

HR Manager

Responsibilities include:


·Be responsible for advising and supporting managers on delivering effective human resource management and for ensuring that best HR practice is delivered at all times.
·To provide operational HR advice and guidance to managers and other employees.
·To provide effective advice, information and guidance when dealing with highly complex employee relations cases ensuring business risk is minimised in all cases.
·Coach and influence managers to develop their people management/leadership skills.
·To lead on recruitment and selection process, including advising appointing managers on current recruitment legislation and organisational processes and procedures.
·To develop recruitment, retention and development strategies, managing and planning recruitment drives.
·To develop and deliver training and development interventions linked to identified needs.
·To be responsible for ensuring all HR Policies and Procedures are reflective of current legislation and organisational culture.
·Maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) as necessary to ensure accurate, timely and relevant management information is available.

Experience required:

·Significant HR related experience in a generalist role.
·Possess a specialist knowledge of HR and HR best practice.
·Experience of leading on grievance/ disciplinary investigations.
·Experience with CIPHR, preferable
·CIPD Level 5 qualified or possess a HR related qualification.
