HSE Manager (Progression to Directorship)

£40,000 - £45,000 + Autonomy + Huge Progression Opportunities + Specialist Training Programmes + International Travel + Private Healthcare + Life Assurance + 35 days Holiday

Based in Cheltenham, commutable from Gloucester, Worcester, Tewkesbury, Cirencester

Are you from a HSE Management background within Manufacturing or Production looking to join a huge multi-national market-leader where you will be given the autonomy to improve, implement and manage the entire HSE procedure, whilst also receiving internal and external accredited training to boost your technical expertise, the opportunity to further progress your career and play a vital part in the success of the company?

This is a site based role in Cheltenham, where you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing new procedures within HSE and liaising with the management teams across the UK and Europe. The company have a great training structure, so any HSE Management backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

The Role:
*Oversee all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment for a Production/Manufacturing site
*Liaise with teams at site and across other UK and international sites
*Specialist company training to develop skills - some at international sites
*Monday - Friday - 37 hours per week

The Person:
*Previous experience within HSE Management role
*Commutable or willing to relocate to Cheltenham
