We are looking for 2 Support Workers to join our team to support 2 gentleman within their own home in the Bury area. Both gentlemen have learning disabilities and one has complex health needs. Full support with medication and personal care is required as well as full support out in the community. Experience with challenging behaviour is required but not essential.
We are looking for 2 dedicated, committed and patient people who can support one of the gentleman throughout the transition of him moving from his family home in to supported living.
Both gentlemen need full support in the community to access activities they enjoy.
Shifts will be on a rota basis, which will include working weekends , Bank Holidays and key days over the Christmas period
