Are you looking for a new role in Plot Sales?
My client is a Multi Service Law Firm based in the Centre of Manchester and due to continued success and growth in the property department are now looking for a Plot Sales Assistant to join their successful team (hybrid working available).
The successful candidate will assist the Plot Sales Fee Earner and be expected to carry out duties including, but not limited to:
- Opening/ closing files and assisting with document production
- Preparing and submitting contract documentation to purchasers’ solicitors
- Providing clients with regular transactional updates by telephone and email
In order to be considered for this role you must have Legal experience gained in a property department for a minimum of one year
You must be organised, punctual and competent at completing legal documentation.
The salary for this role is between £20,000 and £25,000 depending on experience.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with a hybrid model or 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
