Job description
Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for full details of responsibilities To work constantly within the framework of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct. To participate in clinical supervision and be prepared to be a clinical supervisor for other staff. To ensure adherence to the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and the Addenbrookes NHS Foundation Trust's policies and procedures. To ensure that you and your staff undertake annual mandatory refresher training in basic life support and patient recovery from general anaesthetic. To submit an annual report to the Modern Matron on ECT treatment targets and patient flow. To submit weekly reports on ECT treatment to the information department as per DOH requirement. To undertake regular audits and participate in service review and research where this is required. To identify potential research projects and participate in undertaking same. Following research and development department access approvals process. To ensure that ECT administration care records are maintained and made available for audit. To ensure that the voice of patients and their families / carers is listened to and suggestions for changes to practice are respected and where necessary, escalated to senior decision makers within the organisation. Thereby embedding a you said, we did, ethos within the team.
