The Role:
In this rare opportunity, you'll step into a team recognized for its excellence in the Legal 500 rankings. Unlike traditional fee-earning roles, your focus will extend beyond billable hours to building and nurturing client relationships. You'll inherit existing relationships from Partners, allowing you to take the lead in networking and client development. Your role is less about acquiring new clients and more about cultivating existing connections to ensure client satisfaction and continued growth.
The department focusses on advising lenders, borrowers, developers and intermediaries and covers every aspect of real estate finance and corporate lending. They work across sectors in residential, commercial and retail property.
Requirements:
- 3-5 PQE as a Secured Lending Solicitor
- Ambitious mindset with a drive to advance your career
- Experience with high-quality work in real estate finance
