Robert Half are currently supporting a leading business based in Bristol, who are looking for a Finance Assistant.

This role presents an opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a finance admin background to contribute to the efficient functioning of the cash and banking operations.

Job Title: Finance Assistant

Rate: £12.50 - £14.00ph

Duration: 2 - 3 Months

Hybrid: 1 days a week in the office

Responsibilities:

• Advise and implement changes to rent demands and insurance payments
• Oversee monthly pay runs for rent and insurance
• Act as the team administrator for the cash and banking function
• Execute detailed processes, including receiving information from the property estate in box and making changes to rent demands
• Handle day-to-day tasks and responsibilities within the finance admin background
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly schedules, rental payments, and insurance payments

• Open to learning and bringing valuable experience to the role
