Job description
We have an exciting new opportunity for someone to take a lead with activities at our Day Centre.
Duties and responsibilities: Part of this role will involve setting up a weekly digital café for Users at the Centre that is also open for Older People in the locality to participate in. We are seeking someone with great interpersonal skills who is computer literate and can assist Users in developing their digital skills. The rest of the time would involve developing, planning and delivering stimulating activities for the Older People that attend our Day Centre on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week. The successful candidate will work alongside our team or care workers. This position is offered on a 12 hour contract plus additional hours covering annual leave and sickness at a rate of £12.50 per hour. We would consider a combined role with care worker.
