Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join our team IMMEDIATELY. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment where students can develop their language skills and explore the richness of English literature and language arts.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that adhere to the USA curriculum standards.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and academic matters.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and stay current with educational trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Teaching certification/license (valid for the USA or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a USA curriculum school.
- Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
