Adult Learning Manager

College location: East Surrey College(Redhill)and John Ruskin College

Salary: £40,000 (Subject to qualifications, skills and experience)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:45 am-17:00 pm

We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiasticAdult Learning Manager to work closely with the curriculum teams at Orbital South Colleges.

You will be working in partnership with theDirectors of Learning in creating, implementing, and managing the adult learning offer across the college group. The main purpose of this role is to drive growth in funded provision and support curriculum areas in maintaining a strategic focus on meeting adult funding allocations whilst taking an active role during curriculum planning to ensure adult provision is planned appropriately.

The role will also focus on driving up the quality of the adult experience and being a key driving influence for meeting funding targets.
